1. ORGANIZER
SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. (“IKEA”) (hereinafter referred to as “The Organizers”) will conduct the activity called “LET'S TOAST TO THE GOOD OF SUMMER!” (hereinafter referred to as “the Activity”), which will be governed by the rules established in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as “The Activity Rules”).

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE ACTIVITY:
This Activity will be valid in the Dominican Republic on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 12 to 2 pm, specifically in the locations: IKEA in Santo Domingo El Pino, Av. John F. Kennedy, Santo Domingo 10103, IKEA Santiago Av. 27 de Febrero, Santiago de los Caballeros 51000, IKEA Bávaro San Juan Shopping Center, Av. Barceló km. 9, Punta Cana 23000.
4. PARTICIPANTS:
All individuals over 18 years of age who visit IKEA stores in Santo Domingo, Santiago, and Bávaro, certain restrictions apply.
5. ACTIVITY DYNAMICS: For the purchase of a LODRÄT 17 oz glass (502.093.37), the customer can receive a 12 oz serving of Cerveza Canita with 4.3% alcohol content. Available quantity for sale up to 180 glasses in IKEA Santo Domingo and up to 100 glasses in IKEA Bávaro and Santiago of the LODRÄT 17 oz (502.093.37) reference.
5.1 CONDITIONS AND SOME RESTRICTIONS
All glasses used in the activity will be previously washed and prepared following the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Minimum age for alcohol consumption: 18 years. An ID may be requested to verify age. Consumption limit: Each customer can only receive one refill per day, regardless of the number of purchases. Conduct: IKEA may suspend or reject the alcohol service to any customer who, in the judgment of our staff, behaves inappropriately. On-site consumption: Beer consumption will be limited to the Restaurant area in IKEA Santo Domingo and the Swedish Café area in IKEA Santiago and Bávaro. Participants may not leave our premises with the beverage. Safety and well-being: We promote responsible consumption and remind our customers of the importance of not drinking and driving. Alternative transportation is encouraged if they plan to consume alcohol. Pregnant women, alcohol consumption at any stage of pregnancy can be harmful to the baby, regardless of the stage of gestation and the amount of alcohol consumed. Mixing alcohol with medication puts you at risk of adverse reactions. If you are taking medication, do not consume alcohol.
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
Participation in the activity implies acceptance of these rules. In case of doubts or discrepancies in the interpretation of these rules, they will be referred to common law. The rules will be available during the period in which the activity is in effect at IKEA Dominican Republic stores and online. The personal data that participants provide to participate in this activity will be incorporated into a data file owned by SARTON DOMINICANA S.A.S. 9. GENERAL:
Any attempt at betting or similar methods is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar registrations will be allowed. THE ORGANIZERS may disqualify or exclude from the promotion those participants who have directly or indirectly altered, breached, or violated the rules established in these Promotion Rules.
10. APPLICABLE LAW:
This activity is governed by the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic and by these rules.
